My name is Melanie Bliss. I qualified to teach ashtanga yoga over 16 years ago. I have a lot of experience of working with adults and children and more recently I have qualified to teach pregnancy and mum and baby yoga (as well as baby massage). I am currently teaching in Buntingford and Bishop’s Stortford and hope to open a studio one day soon! I do not just teach ashtanga yoga now I have discovered the joy of a slower paced practice recently.
When I first started on my yoga journey I just wanted to be physically fit and I did not enjoy any other form of exercise other than swimming. The more yoga that I have practised and taught the more I have come to realise and enjoy the many other holistic benefits, mental and emotional as well as physical.
